Domestic Shipping Policy (United Kingdom)

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or UK bank holidays. Delivery of shipments on weekend is at the discretion of the delivery partners. If you have concerns about the delivery day, you can contact us or the courier delivery partner. 

When we experience high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will make our best efforts to keep you posted If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, via email.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.


International Shipping Policy

We ship to various international destinations in Europe. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times vary significantly depending on the destination country and local customs processing times, and may be affected by seasonal factors. We use a tracked shipping service for all international orders.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes on International Shipments.

Our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order when the delivery address is located outside the United Kingdom. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.


Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and keep us informed of the damage. We will do everything we can to assist you to find a solution. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and dispatched. If you change your mind after the order has been processed, please follow our Return & Refund Policy procedure after accepting the delivery.
